You must have a real brick and mortar business that fullfills and delivers. You must also agree to work directly with other florists in the fullfillment of relayed orders.
Q: How do I know my order will be filled by a qualified florist and do you provide any quality assurance? A: You choose the florist you want to fill your order just as you would if you were using a service. Florist2FloristDirect.com subscriptions are only offered to professional florists, of which most are or have been a part of some type of relay service. In most cases, issues can be resolved between professional florists on their own. This is always the first course of action when there is an issue between florists no matter how you choose to send your order or if you are sending through a wire service. If a challenge can not be resolved, this is due to poor customer service on the part of both florists, which is not a good business decision on either part. Florist2FloristDirect.com will provide whatever arbitrary service it can, however, we do not receive any compensation for relayed orders so we are not in a position to fully resolve challenges between florists. We will cancel any subscription of any florist who practices unethical or deceptive methods in their business operations. |
